Let's Bible Up

🙏

You are not alone.

Let's Bible Up is a community built on faith, honesty, and the belief that we are stronger together.

Why Let's Bible Up?

To be honest, this started as a proof of concept. I have been wanting to start a project for a while, but couldn’t ever decide on one to do. I was thinking of my Grandmother one night and was reminded on how she would forward prayers that people would pass on to her, via the phone. I thought, this may be an interesting concept to do as an application. I didn’t think I would follow through on this, but my son seemed to enjoy the project and encouraged me to continue working on it. The idea of sharing the prayers was fine on their own, but I wanted another reason for users to come back to the application. I then built the Bible study aspect of this. I wanted to summarize sections of the Bible and put them into digestible plans for others to learn. Anyone that signs up can track progress and see how much they have grown with their Bible reading. This is not a replacement for the Bible, but should be used as a way to get started reading and comprehending the Word. This has been helping me, and I pray this will help others as well.

Who is this for?

This application is for anyone that wants to start or grow within their faith. This is a place to learn and connect with others about God. When starting out on the path to Christ it is hard to determine where to start or even comprehend the word of the Bible. This is meant to help anyone digest the stories in the Bible with summaries (similar to a pastor), keep the section within context and to provide the main theme or message of the story. This is also a place to share a prayer. Anyone with a genuine hardship who wants to reach out to God and the Christian community for support, guidance, or even loving correction. This is not a ministry nor a church, but a way to connect with God and with others — through sharing and praying for one another's requests.
